What are your opening hours?Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 8:00pm Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Can I get there via public transport?Due to our peaceful countryside location, we are not accessible by public transport. We recommend travelling by car, and on-site parking is available for all clients.

When should I arrive for my appointment?We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to check in and relax before your treatment begins. This ensures a smooth, calm experience from start to finish.

Do you take a deposit when I book?Yes, a small deposit is required to secure your booking. This helps us manage availability and ensure each client receives dedicated time and care.

What is your cancellation policy?We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee.
